W O R K > Labrador photographs
Wendy Ewald and I have been working on a collaborative project in Labrador, Canada since 2007. We organized an interactive exhibit in North West River; produced books, photographs and videos with people from the Innu community; repatriated old photographs and films about the Innu; and have started an archive for the Innu. In August 2009, we will be holding a large outdoor public installation of photographs in Labrador. This project is still ongoing, but in the meantime, I wanted to put up a few snapshots from the past couple of years there.
